Our pricing is straightforward and it is aligned fully to the interest of the Property Owner. We make money only when the Property Owner makes money. 

  • Management of Guest Houses - 25% of Gross Booking
  • Management of Residential Property without Common Charges - 20% of the Rent Collected
  • Management of Residential Property with Common Charges - 15% of the Rent Collected
  • Management of Commercial Property without Common Charges - 15% of Rent Collected
  • Management of Commercial Property with Common Charges - 12% of Rent Collected
